1. Payment 
Payments must be made by credit card or by bank transfer on receipt of invoice. These payments must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or by 10th April 2015, whichever is sooner. The BCI reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments. Non-payments will result in refusal of entry to the event. The Group Booking Rate (five or more delegates) is $1000/delegate. Costs are shown in $US, rates may fluctuate but will be correct at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation 
No cancellations can be made after 28 February 2015, but bookings can be transferred to another name. Please note that all training classes are subject to cancellation if minimum numbers are not met. Bookings for classes will be closed two weeks prior to the event. Bookings are not refundable or transferrable unless the class is cancelled by the Business Continuity Institute.

3. Price includes:

  • Attendance at the conference with unlimited access to the streams
  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Refreshments during break times and lunch on both days
  • Delegate pack

4. Programme changes
The BCI reserves the right to make alterations to the published programme should it become necessary to do so. We will endeavour to ensure that the revised content remains comparable to the published programme.
