Early bird booking is available for the BCI World Conference. Book now to obtain these great rates: BCI Members £795+VAT, Non-members £895+VAT. Public Sector professionals/low income countries receive an additional £100 discount on the member/non-member rate.

1. Early Bird rates
Early Bird rates must be booked and paid for by the 31st July.
If payment has not been received one week before the deadline and it cannot be guaranteed in the following seven days, a new invoice will be raised at the standard rate.

2. Payment
Payments must be made by credit card at the time of booking or by bank transfer on receipt of invoice raised against a valid purchase order number. These payments must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or by 5th November, whichever is sooner. The BCI reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments. The exception to this is Early Bird rates which must be paid for before the relevant deadline. Non-payments will result in refusal of entry to the event.

3. Cancellation
Once the terms and conditions are agreed to, cancellations can be made in writing up to 31st August 2015 for a 20% administration charge. No cancellations can be made after 1st September 2015, but bookings can be transferred to another name.

4. Price includes:

  • Attendance at the conference with unlimited access to the Listen, Learn and Lead Streams
  • £100 discount for the gala dinner and awards ceremony
  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Refreshments during break times and lunch on both days
  • Presentations on memory sticks and the Conference app
  • Entrance to the pre-Conference Networking Evening
  • Continuity Magazine
  • Delegate pack

5. Price does not include:
Accommodation.

6. Programme changes
The BCI reserves the right to make alterations to the published programme should it become necessary to do so. We will endeavour to ensure that the revised content remains comparable to the published programme.

Please note that we may take photographs, video and audio footage of the event, which may include speakers and the delegation, and this may later be used in editorial features and/or in marketing and promotional material.
